Mô tả công việc
• Plan, organize, and execute training classes, ensuring they are structured, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver in-depth brand and product knowledge sessions to empower employees with a profound understanding of offerings.
• Conduct engaging training sessions focused on honing sales and customer service skills, aligning with targets, and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement effective strategies to independently enhance the learning experience for all stakeholders.
• Develop and administer scheduled assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Systematically record and evaluate training outcomes to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact on employee performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess service quality, uphold brand standards, and ensure ongoing employee competence.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to maintain high service performance standards and reinforce learning consistency.
• Generate insightful reports on training outcomes and participate in meetings with Line Managers, Senior Management, and Regional Teams to provide timely updates.
• Develop and translate training materials to cater to diverse linguistic needs, ensuring that the training content is accessible and effective for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects related to professional knowledge, extending support and expertise to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect the latest information and industry best practices.
• Actively pursue personal development by staying updated on evolving product knowledge, industry trends, and enhancing soft skills for optimal work efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirement:
• A bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3-year of working experience on training programs in Retail. Preferred candidates have worked in a retail environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
• Good at English Communication skills.
• Demonstrated positive teamwork attitude and growth mindset.
In-Person Qualities
• Express a strong interest and passion for sports, with an added advantage for those actively participating in sports.
• Demonstrate essential qualities such as professionalism, patience, creativity, responsibility, integrity, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
In-Person Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the retail and service industry, with a focus on sporting products.
• Display proficient reading, writing, and communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange.
• Exhibit proficiency in using office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for efficient communication and documentation.
• Showcase flexibility in handling diverse situations and meeting deadlines, demonstrating the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
Additional Business Requirements:
• Undertake domestic business travel to execute assigned tasks and successfully complete planned training assignments.
• Collaborate with and provide support to other departments on ad-hoc projects, contributing to the success of the business.
