Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Training & Talent Development Specialist (Manufacturing, ID21622, 1300USD)
Manage onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees across both plants.
Develop and maintain training programs based on the Master Skills Matrix and identified skill gaps.
Work with Plant Managers and department leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Support Supervisors and Managers with employee development and professional development tools.
Coordinate training programs for both hourly and salaried employees and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor training effectiveness and measure improvements in employee performance.
Support succession planning, career development, and internal talent pipeline initiatives.
Work with Operations, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to improve employee capabilities.
Organize employee engagement activities and events across both plants.
Prepare training and talent development reports as required.
Requirement
Female, under 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/Training & Development experience in manufacturing companies with around 300-500 employees.
Strong experience in Training & Development and Talent Development.
Experience with onboarding, training needs analysis, competency development, or succession planning.
Good at English
