Jod Description:
Onboarding training of new employees.
Regular quality improvement and skill enhancement training.
Qualification Process:
1st Interview: With Chinese PM.
2nd Interview: With Vietnamese PM.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2 years of relevant training experience, preferably in speech/voice-related projects or English language training. Experience in designing and implementing corporate employee training programs is required.
Language Proficiency:
English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, with fluent speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills to be used as the working language.
Ability to communicate and understand Chinese is also required.
Skills: Strong presentation and public speaking skills, able to design training materials, and proficient in using various training tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, video conferencing tools, etc.).
Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Able to assess training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback.
Personal Traits:
Patient, empathetic, and able to interact with employees at different learning levels.
Self-driven, passionate about continuous learning and development. Capable of working independently and collaborating closely within a team.

Gross salary: 25 - 30M, with base salary accounting for 90% and performance bonus accounting for 10% of the gross salary.
100% salary during the 2-month probation period (90% gross salary and performance as actual).
