Purpose: Responsible for: (i) Supporting and executing business development initiatives across Transaction Banking products and solutions, including CASA, payment solutions, FX/cross-border payments, payroll account packages, Privileges Banking packages, Business Banking packages, and bundled propositions with lending and cards; (ii) Partnership development, customer acquisition, product activation, usage growth, campaign execution, and channel coordination across partner channels, digital channels, MyVIB app, and branch network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Growth, Acquisition & Portfolio Development (30%)
• Support the execution of Transaction Banking growth initiatives across customer segments and distribution channels.
• Assist in customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention programs to increase active customer base and transaction volumes.
• Support initiatives to increase CASA balances, payment transactions, payroll penetration, FX/cross-border activities, and bundled product adoption.
• Work with Data Analysis/Portfolio teams to identify customer insights, growth opportunities, churn risks, and cross-sell potential.
• Coordinate with Product teams to support the rollout and commercialization of new products, solutions, pricing programs, and value propositions.
2. Channel & Partnership Development (30%)
• Identify, assess, and support the development of strategic partnerships that contribute to customer acquisition, account activation, transaction growth, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate partner discussions, proposal preparation, commercial model development, and internal approval processes.
• Support the implementation of customer propositions, customer journeys, activation programs, and growth initiatives across partner, digital, and branch channels.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking and Branch Network teams to enhance product visibility, customer experience, conversion rates, and channel performance.
• Prepare sales enablement materials, campaign toolkits, product positioning documents, and frontline communication materials.
3. Growth Execution & Performance Management (25%)
• Execute business development initiatives, growth programs, and campaigns across partner, digital, app, and branch channels.
• Coordinate campaign implementation and monitor execution progress to ensure timely delivery and business effectiveness.
• Track campaign and channel performance, analyze business results, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Recommend optimization actions based on customer behavior, business performance, stakeholder feedback, and market insights.
• Ensure all initiatives are implemented in compliance with internal policies, risk management requirements, and operational processes.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Business Support (15%)
• Work closely with Product, Digital Banking, Marketing, Data Analytics, Branch Network, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to support business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of business development initiatives.
• Support the preparation of business cases, approval papers, implementation plans, management reports, and internal communications.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and initiatives as assigned by Management in support of business priorities and organizational objectives.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager and/or Management from time to time.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimun 7 years (Manager/Senior Specialist), 5 years (Specialist), 3 years (Senior Officer), 1 years (Officer) of experience in banking, fintech, digital banking, payments, transaction banking, partnership, business development, or business growth.
• Experience in partnership development, campaign execution, channel activation, sales support, or business performance management.
• Good understanding of CASA, payments, payroll accounts, digital banking, SME/business banking, or bundled financial solutions is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Good English communication skills.
