Transfer Pricing Consultant (Senior/fresher)

SENIOR CONSULTANT
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, supporting our clients to stay compliant while solving their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
‐ Demonstrate an understanding of complex TP concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations;
‐ Prepare/review financial and economic analysis/models prepared by junior consultants;
‐ Participate in functional interviews with clients;
‐ Assist with TP health checks, TP documentation preparation, TP forms, and TP planning reports;
‐ Involved with other broader tax matters;
‐ Support and coach junior consultants and interns;
‐ Proactively assist in the management of assigned clients, while reporting to Managers and Partners;
‐ Manage and build client relationships;
‐ Contribute to attaining team goals.
Requirement:
‐ A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, Law
‐ At least 2 years of relevant accounting, and tax working experience
‐ Proficient in English, good command of Korean and/or Chinese is an advantage
‐ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...).
‐ Well planning and have the ability of efficient time management.
JUNIOR CONSULTANT
Start as a Junior Consultant and explore your further career opportunities in a potential global professional services business. In this role, you'll be able to participate in providing services for multinational companies in various industries. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to advance career paths in the Transfer Pricing area.
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of Senior Consultants and Managers in:
- Assisting in research and analysis of client's financial situation, function and risk, industry, and business cycle which is related to transfer pricing issues;
- Preparing of Transfer Pricing form, Benchmarking study, TP Documentation (Local File and Master File);
- Providing support to clients in Transfer Pricing audit;
- Preparing TP Management Letter and other assigned documentation;
- Working with Managers and Senior consultants in managing client relationships and workstreams.
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, and Law.
- Fresh graduate/01 year experience. No relevant experience in Transfer Pricing is required - however, an interest in this discipline and a motivation to learn is vital.
- Proficient in English, good command of Korean and/or Chinese is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...).
- Well planning and have the ability of efficient time management.
