Receive, analyze customer's requirement and operate the project.
Directly arrange tasks for employees in the group.
Make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the project.
Evaluating the situation and planning the operation of the project.
Coordinate with Team leader to evaluate employee performance, and support employees to improve their professional skills.
Attend meetings and project reports as needed.
Other tasks assigned by the Operation Service Manager.
Working hour: 8h00 - 17h50 (Mon - Fri).
Work location: Anna Building, Quality Tech Solution Complex, District 12, HCMC.
Yêu cầu
Russian proficiency at B1-B2 level or equivalent; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in BPO or project management
Honesty, diligence, quick grasp of work.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
