Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and key industry clients in the transmission domain.
Promote and sell transmission solutions, including optical transport networks (OTN), DWDM and IP-based transmission products.
Understand customer network architecture and provide transmission solutions to meet capacity and performance requirements.
Identify business opportunities, analyze market trends and support bidding/tender activities for transmission projects.
Manage the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification, solution proposal, commercial negotiation, contract signing to project follow-up and payment collection.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales pipeline, customer insights in the transmission market.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, B2B sales or account management.
Good command of English or Chinese for business communication (Chinese is a strong advantage).
Experience working with telecom operators or large-scale network infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
Understanding of transmission technologies (OTN, DWDM, SDH, IP/MPLS,...)
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and adapt to telecom project requirements.
