1. The Job's descriptions
• Receive daily inbound Requests/Leads from the Manager. No need to seek customers.
• Build a suitable itinerary, calculate prices, and advise on tours according to foreign tourists' requests.
• Send customers information, quotations, itineraries, and advice on tour programs and travel services.
• Monitor and manage customer Requests/Leads, handle and advise on customer feedback.
• Close the deals with customers and settle the payment.
• Coordinate with the Operator to make the service reservation for customer trips.
• Take care of customers throughout the tour, and ask for customer reviews.
Yêu cầu
• At least 6-12 months of working experience in Inbound Travel consultant
• Really love to work as a TC for the long term
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, including calculating.
• Good 4 skills of English. The second foreign language is an advantage.
• Familiar with tourist destinations, travel routes, and package tours in Vietnam (Cambodia, Laos, and possibly Thailand are the advantages)
• Understanding the travel hobbies, psychology, habits, and spending budgets of tourists from Europe, Oceania, and North America.
• Excellent tour consulting skills, able to meet a wide range of customer requirements, resulting in a high sales conversion rate.
• A desire to make money, a desire for growth.

Thưởng
- Tổng thu nhập có thể lên đến 20-30 triệu/tháng hoặc hơn nếu năng lực tốt.
Bao gồm lương cố định 9-13 triệu (tùy kinh nghiệm) + hoa hồng bán tour 7-10% (tùy kinh nghiệm).
Lương cứng cố định, không phụ thuộc vào KPI.
Chăm sóc sức khoẻ
- Đóng bảo hiểm xã hội.
- Review tăng lương định kỳ hằng năm
Nghỉ phép có lương
- Chế độ thưởng và nghỉ phép cho các ngày lễ, 12 ngày nghỉ phép hằng năm.
