Job description:
- Assist Business Development team in the preparation of tour programs and quotations;
- Provide comprehensive, individually tailored tour programs including price proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner;
- Identify and match up suited products to each and every client; go beyond client's expectations by offering exceptional travel advice;
- Coordinate clients' itinerary reservation requirements;
- Maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers and operation offices;
- Work with operations/reservations to help solve problems for clients on the ground when required.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Vietnamese native with good communication skills in English.
- For experienced candidates: having at least 1 year experience at similar position is a must.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation, listening skills.
- High degree of customer service with an eye for details and presentation.
- Highly motivated and resilient, able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities.
