Treasury executive

I. Job Description
Role Purpose:
Expense management functions of the company
* Key accountabilities:
To monitor cash flow (actual and projection) to ensure the company liquidity
Process bank/cash payments based on the payment requests and supporting docs checked by Accounting team
Coominicate with bank in all activities related to bank transaction
Manage the investment assets trade settlement, gathering supporting document submit to Accounting team for Ledger input
Registration of transactions in the Back-office system
Collecting quotes, rates for assets valuation & contract valuation on due dates
Reconciliation of assets and cash positions with custodians, back office system and accounting report
Reports statement of holdings, portfolio valuation, cash flows
Filling and controlling accounting documents
Back up other staff when necessary
Other tasks as assigned.
* Competency Requirements:
Good understanding of finance and investment activities
General knowledge of life insurance products and bank services
Adept use of Microsoft office, Internet and email
Good in English and fluent Vietnamese
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit
Excellent teamwork ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cautious, mature with high sense of confidentiality
