Job Purpose:
Supply timely sources of capital for system development and business operations, efficient credit relationship to promptly meet the capital needs of companies/units within the Group.
Monitor all loans of companies/units within the Group (monitor loan debts/collateral assets/matured debts/prepare periodic reports/project progress reports/monthly loan reports).
Monitor and execute detailed new loan requirements to promptly meet the capital needs of units within the Group (provide documentation as required by each bank loan), prepare weekly/monthly loan reports.
Prepare timely reports related to capital plans: monitor bank loan debts, collateral assets, ...
Detailed Job Description:
Supply timely sources of capital for system development and business operations, efficient credit relationships to promptly meet the capital needs of units/companies within the Group:
Provide documentation according to the required checklist.
Monitor credit documentation for all loans to ensure timely sourcing.
Monitor progress to meet the capital needs of units.
Prepare FS, work with credit institutions.
Prepare timely reports related to capital plans.
Prepare and update bank loan monitoring reports.
Monitor and control collateral assets for each loan.
Timely cross-check with accountant regarding matured debts of loans for units/companies within the Group to avoid overdue principal and interest.
Prepare periodic weekly and monthly bank loan reports for each bank.

Job Requirements:
University degree in Finance or Banking.
3 - 4 years of experience in project finance at real estate companies with active projects.
Former manager/deputy manager of credit management at commercial banks.
Required skills: Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Proficient in English communication.
Proficient in MS Office.
