Mô tả công việc
1.Treasury
- Prepare and follow up bank payments. Payment booking in bank system
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational activities
- Review and deal for best interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
- Reconciliation b/w Bank and cash with Sub Ledgers and general ledger
2.Capex
- Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed
- Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger
- Create fixed asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with auditors on their assignments
- Carry out fixed assets physically counting
- Perform fixed asset depreciation and related analyses
- Track Company's fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget, as well as management authorizations.
3.Other Ad-hoc tasks
Yêu cầu
- Recognized qualifications in Accounting, with a Bachelor of Art or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experiences, in which there are at least 1 year at similar position in MNC/international company with strong technical accounting skills.
- Technology savvy with experience in ERP System. ERP of M3 is an advance.
- English skills: intermediate level, understanding accounting terminology.
- Computer skills: esxcellent Excel skills.
- Self-starter and good team player with professional behavior
