Treasury MM/ FX Dealer

Position Summary
IBK Vietnam is seeking a MM/FX Dealer to support the Bank's Treasury activities, with a focus on money market, foreign exchange and daily liquidity management.
This role will monitor the Bank's liquidity and funding positions, execute dealing of MM/ FX transactions, and ensure accurate and timely trade processing.
This position will also contribute to treasury reporting, controls and the development of effective Treasury operations in a newly established banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Money Market and FX Operations
• Execute dealing of money market (MM) and foreign exchange (FX) transactions in accordance with approved limits, market conditions and internal procedures.
• Monitor market movements and support the execution of appropriate funding and FX transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transaction processing, including trade input, confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of Treasury transactions and follow up on outstanding or exceptional transactions.
Daily Liquidity and Cash Management
• Monitor Nostro account balances, daily cash positions, liquidity ratios, funding positions and settlement schedules.
• Monitor short-term liquidity and funding needs and identify unusual movements or potential funding shortfalls.
• Maintain daily liquidity and cash management tools, reports and tracking schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily settlement and payment requirements.
Treasury Systems and Documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely inputs in Treasury and related banking systems.
• Maintain transaction records, operating manuals, procedures and control documentation.
• Support the enhancement of Treasury processes, tools and controls to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
Regulatory Reporting and Controls
• Support the preparation of liquidity, funding, FX and other Treasury-related reports for internal management and regulatory submission to SBV.
• Ensure Treasury activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, approved limits and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of Treasury processes and internal controls as the Bank continues to establish its operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
