Mô tả công việc
1. Project assistant (70%):
Supporting team members in completing their tasks as described in company's SOPs & Sinnova system;
Validating, organizing & updating project files and progress reports;
Assisting in risk mitigation, identification, tracking, management, and resolution;
Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and project-related events with team members;
Observing the team's performance and providing detailed updates to the project manager;
Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior managers;
Conducting research and gathering data to support project initiatives and encourage good decision-making practices;
Assisting the project manager with budgeting, logging expenses, and filing financial reports;
Facilitating communication among team members and liaising with the project manager;
Seeking opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations;
Writing and distributing project-related messages, such as memos and status updates;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams that include a diverse range of personalities and skills;
2. Leasing business administrative (30%):
1st service point to interract with team members, security & cleaning service's team members, and tenant's contact points to assist with information exchange, problem solving and following up property's agenda (opening hours, fire drills, engineering inspections etc);
Prepares, processes, files tenant correspondence, memos, reports and maintains up-to-date tenant files - both hard files and digital files;
Prepare monthly business reports on operations in a timely manner, and in such form as required by the BoM;
Meet regularly with the Management for the purpose of reviewing policies, management procedures and discussing problems or concerns related to the Building;
Develop informational materials for tenants and shall make sure that all tenants receive such necessary materials prior to move-in, during leasing term and contract termination process;
Handles, records & files incoming/outgoing documents of the companies;
To monitor access into the building of all tradespersons, deliveries and project consultancy personnel;
Other office administrative duties upon request.
Yêu cầu
General commercial knowledge & project management methods;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work with varied of stakeholders e.g. team members, partners & tenants to resolve issues and disputes;
Have a thorough understanding of business reports, and be able to implement reporting systems in the format required;
Willing to learn & explore personal unlimitness to achieve highest levels of job achievement.
Quyền lợi
Working time: 8:30 - 17:00, 40 hours/week. Due to business nature, some urgent duties may need to be responded outside of the above working time.
Salary in gross: 6,000,000 (non-experience) - 10,000,000/month. Annual review for salary raise.
Fuel allowance: 650,000/month
Staff meals: 3 meals per working day in company's canteen.
Bonus: based on company's performance.
Annual leaves: 12 days/year.
Insurances: Up on the mandatory insurances, the standard medical & accidental insurance shall be provided to employee and an employee's dependant.
