Building strong relationship with client
Day-to-day operation team management and responsible for the team capacity management
Support and coach documentation staff in her day-to-day job and be the point of contact for any operational issue quickly and effectively.
Work on HQ/Network tender enquiries from Japan/ Thailand and other countries
Ensure the ability to solve problems related to logistics (import/export, Customs clearance and warehouse management)
Support to and co-operate with Accounting Department on making Debit Note and tax payment for DDP shipments
Other tasks assigned by Director

Strong Ocean/Air logistics end to end process knowledge & experience
