JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources
Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
Responsible in recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process, including job posting, scheduling interviewing, conducting new employee orientations.
Handle employee inquires on all HR policies & procedures.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance & HR databases.
Manage the internal documents and cooperate with Finance Department for payments such as office payments
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Office Administration
Full spectrum of administrative duties including receptionist duties, courier handling & office cleanliness & other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Review and manage contracts/service agreement for office premise such as lease agreement, maintenance agreement, insurance renewals & etc.
Manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
Monitor and purchase office supplies, stationery and pantry items
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities.
Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
Can communicate in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
