Recruit employee in Tittle 1 and control the company's recruitment procedure
Maintain personal files and profile papers, documents, contracts (updating employee list, yearly labor contract list)
Take Responsibility of training to improve the knowledge and professional skills of employees
Prepare terminate decision of labor contract
Control company allowance ( meal, local business, unloading...)
Pay slip issuing
Load & unload allowance to Warehouse / Driver
Making health insurance for sickness and maternity benefits
Insurance issuing handover/ update/report
Manage hiring services outside: rental apartments, industrial caterers, security, handling, car, taxi
Manage the allocation and use of stationery, equipment and assets for the company include: telephone, internet, computers, stationery, copiers, printers, fax machines and office properties other rental, taxi
Organize the search, negotiation, agreement and signing for the vendors to purchase property for the company: uniforms, staff cards, office machines, other equipment
Responsible for cleaning and reception issues, holidays, welcome reception

- Education: University/ College
- English: Communication
- Experience: 3 years at the same position
- Prefer candidate live in Binh Duong
