Achieve service business target by North region
Make and execute visit plan to dealers fr instruction: Standard, problem solving. 5S, CS
Check and follow schedules of North 4W service member, make sure all visit report are submitted on time.
Handles complaint from customers and/or any major occur.
Investigate and solve technical problems facing North dealers
Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirement from headquater.
Report service index, weekly/monthly report, dealer visit report
Other duties assigned by Head of section.
Working Time: 7:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (1hour lunch break))

Gender: Male only
Age: 27 - 35
Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields
Proficient in MS
English at Conversation or above
Has at least 5 years of technical/service experience working with authorized dealers or distributor of automobile products.
Honest, result-oriented, sincere, flexible, hardworking
