KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless service.
Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and mentor floor staff, hosts, and servers. Conduct pre-shift briefings and ongoing customer service training.
Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests, handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, and ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
Operational Control: Help manage inventory, stock ordering, cash handling, shift scheduling, and POS system management.
Quality & Safety Standards: Enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP/food safety compliance) across all dining and service areas.
Performance & Sales: Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets, optimize floor efficiency, and drive overall restaurant profitability.
