Take full responsibility for the service quality of the Truck project, focus on the B2C sector.
Ensure operational and quality indicators of truck service:
Ensure operational indicators: order completion rate, flight cancellation, punctuality
Strictly check and improve customer service quality
Coordinate with departments to ensure the number of drivers recruited for each city
Develop the network of trucking partner that serve for B2C client
Build up system support for B2C operations
Revenue growth for truck services:
Coordinate with team leader and other departments to come up with methods to promote and increase the number of customers using truck services
Responsible for service expansion and truck service development in new areas and provinces; Quality control and work efficiency for each area
Build ecosystem and add-on services for trucks.
Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Supply-chain, etc.;
At least 03 years of experience in a similar position (experience in technology companies: On-demand, eCommerce, Logistics is a plus);
Knowledge of customer service; negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving skills;
Ability to create, think critically, plan and manage a team;
Ability to work under high pressure and complete work on time;
Microsoft office: proficient in excel;
