Manage Recruitment task
Follow up the implementation Pre-employment processes
Manage employee attendance, leave record
Ensure salary and other benefits of employees are fully implemented and on time
Manage PIT, ensure that PIT of employees are calculated accurately and submitted as instruction of Tax Department
Manage and implement monthly PIT reports, year-end PIT account
Follow up, check on the implementation of works and benefits of SI, HI, UI, health, accident for employees accurately on timely basic
Ensure that company has already implemented the contribution of SI, HI, UI appropriate with the regulations of Government
Manage emloyee database software
Ensure all of the employees' information is always fully updated, accurate and in security
Manage the process of works, the labor contracts in relating to new offer, adjustment and extension
Recommend, advise Manager and Board of Directors to build the human resource policies, welfares appropriate with the company's business strategy applied at each stage of development of the company
Organize the probationary performance evaluation; assess monthly and yearly achievement for employees
Follow up and maintain the compliance of the employee discipline
Draft, compose and submit all decisions of human resource issued by the Board of Directors
Implement reports about salary, human resource for internal and Government agencies
Answer, assit, explain the regulations of human resource works and wage labor for employees
Follow up and update the laws and regulations on labor law, wage, PIT, etc.
Follow up, review and implement procedures for foreign employees: Work Permit, Visa, Temporary Residence Card, ect.
Implement reports about the state of foreign employees according to the regulations
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human resource management, Law, B.A and other majors related
Good experience and knowledge on Human resource management
English fluent on 4 skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
Good understanding of Labor Law and other Law on labor
Analyst and problem solving skill
To be responsible, careful and honest
Communication skills and good persuasion
Leadership and management skills
