- Manage daily logistics planning activities & internal transportations activities
- Control the delivery plan, ensure the delivery quantity according to the agreed sales plan according to S&OP
- Develop a budget plan for overall logistics activities according to the agreed sales plan as S&OP monthly
- Control cost usage activities, including outsourcing costs and 3P costs compared to the overall monthly budget
- Evaluate logistics performance and take improvement actions appropriate to the business context
- Effectively manage infrastructure usage and ensure safety in all logistics operations
- Develop budget and evaluate investment efficiency in logistics activities
- Control administrative and personnel activities in the Logistics Department. Ensure compliance with current processes and regulations
- Organize training and evaluate the work performance of all employees in logistics activities
- Build a strong safety culture, organize safety talk show for logistics staff and contractors
- Build a culture of innovations, organize implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement activities in the Logistics Department
