Be confident to consultation /diagnosis for customer
Doing the treatment IPL/ laser/ injection (Botox, Filler, PRP)
Give Prescription to customer( If any)
Always update new technique / machine/ info/ knowledge for clinic.
Training for others doctor on skill and technique. Besides training for clinic staffs if there are any update services/ products/ technologies.
Ensure doctor team follow Clinic SOPs.
Arranging for the doctors to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
To be Clinic Doctor Image/ speaker in all MKT activities (Digital, magazine, offline event)
Manage doctor team, make duty roster ensure operation always having doctor to serve the customer.
To be leader for discussion/ meeting relate about medical issues (oversea discussion/ doctor exchange idea/ customers issue)
Handling customer complaint.
In charge doctor recruitment when needed
Report to clinic Director. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
