Managing 3 Division members.
Proposing a new product which is based on cost, design and expected sales.
Selecting factory and material to develop a product for Vietnam.
Importing their product from Japan.
Confirming Japanese specification of chemical composition.
Working closely with Merchandising team on following up with purchase orders and reviewing contractors' performance.
Supervising local contractors in terms of the quality of raw materials, semi-products, end-products; sample checking and approval; production progress; packaging and delivery.
Going to contractors' site for on periodical basis for regular follow-up, or case by case to solve arising problems, or on sudden visits for random check.

- Essential Requirements:
Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
Language Skills: Japanese Business Level & English Conversational Level
Gender: Any
Age: 28-40
Computing: MS Office
2+ management experience.
5+ years of working experience as a product development with Health and Beauty Care products.
Having knowledge about import customs clearance.
