KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., LTD is aerospace company specializing in manufacturing aircraft components, spacecraft and related machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quản lý, giám sát toàn bộ quy trình anot hóa (anodizing) cho các chi tiết kim loại (chủ yếu là nhôm) nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng lớp oxit cứng và khả năng chống ăn mòn.
Manage and supervise the entire anodizing process for metal parts (primarily aluminum) to ensure the quality of the hard oxide layer and corrosion resistance.
- Xây dựng, thiết lập và tối ưu hóa thông số quy trình, bao gồm thiết bị, nồng độ dung dịch điện phân và mật độ dòng điện, nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất và chất lượng sản phẩm.
Develop, set up, and optimize process parameters including equipment, electrolyte concentration, and current density to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Quản lý, phân công công việc và đào tạo nhân viên nhằm đảm bảo năng lực vận hành và tuân thủ quy trình.
Manage, assign tasks, and train team members to ensure operational capability and process compliance.
- Theo dõi hiệu suất và hỗ trợ giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
Monitor performance and provide support in resolving issues arising during the production process.
- Tổ chức, giám sát việc kiểm tra chất lượng, phân tích dữ liệu, lập hồ sơ quy trình và xây dựng SOP.
Organize and oversee quality inspections, data analysis, process documentation, and SOP development.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, tiêu chuẩn môi trường, và các quy chuẩn nội bộ/khách hàng.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal/customer requirements.
- Cơ hội tham gia đào tạo tại Hàn Quốc khoảng 4 tháng.
Opportunity to participate in a training program in the Korean Republic for about 4 months.

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Hóa học, Vật liệu, Kỹ thuật Cơ khí hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Graduated in Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm, trong đó kinh nghiệm về xử lý bề mặt hoặc xi mạ là một lợi thế, cùng với 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.
Have 3-5 years of experience, experience in surface treatment or plating is an advantage, along with 1-2 years of management experience.
- Hiểu biết sâu về quy trình anot hóa, các chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật và hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng.
In-depth knowledge of the anodizing process, technical specifications, and quality control systems.
- Khả năng tiếng Anh tương đương từ 700 TOEIC trở lên, biết tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700+. Korean language skills are an advantage.
- Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, phân công công việc, đào tạo nhân viên và giải quyết vấn đề.
Strong skills in team management, task allocation, staff training, and problem-solving.
