Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to lead our Estimation & Tender function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimation, pricing, and tender submission activities for construction projects
• Manage full tender process from invitation to submission stage
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and commercial requirements
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining target profit margins
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, QS, Contracts, and Project teams during tender stage
• Manage supplier/subcontractor quotations and commercial comparisons
• Identify commercial risks and support tender strategy planning
• Lead and develop Estimation team capabilities and systems
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Good English communication
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation/tendering for Main Contractor projects
Strong experience in tender submission management for large-scale projects
Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management
Strong leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills
Experience in high-rise, hospitality, commercial, residential, or fit-out projects is preferred
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
