Job Description
1. Planning and Execution
Strategic Implementation: Directly formulate, deploy, and supervise the execution of business plans for the Retail Banking Department (Individual Customers).
2. Functional Management and Operations
Performance Accountability: Establish business targets, develop strategic action plans, and take full responsibility for the P&L (Profit and Loss) and business outcomes of the Retail Banking segment.
Sales Management: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of sales activities, including sales enablement programs, pricing policies, and Customer Acquisition strategies.
Portfolio & Resource Allocation: Manage the department's customer portfolio. Delegate accounts to Relationship Managers (RMs) and monitor the efficiency of Deep Mining (cross-selling and up-selling) activities.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances, ecosystems, and partnerships to drive New-to-Bank (NTB) customer growth.
Customer Retention: Execute professional Customer Care and loyalty programs to enhance customer lifetime value.
Productivity Management: Monitor and optimize the Labor Productivity and performance metrics of the RM team.
Service Excellence: Manage service quality standards and implement initiatives to enhance the overall Customer Experience (CX) at the department.
3. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Ad-hoc Assignments: Execute additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors, aligned with professional expertise and operational scope.
Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure strict adherence to all internal regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks. Take personal and collective responsibility for any operational errors or risks arising from non-compliance.
Job requirements
1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking
2. Foreign language
TOEIC score of 500 or above or an equivalent certificate
3. Experience
At least 03 years of experience in the finance/banking sector
At least 01 year in a management role equivalent to Head/Deputy Head of Department or Team Leader in Retail Banking (Individual Customers) at a Branch
