- Manage the business plan every year; Make the target and build the sale team
- Recruit, manage and supervise the sale team at the showroom of company
- Analyze the data of market, products and competitors
- Update and introduce the sale policy of company to the sale team
- Sumarize the sale data report weekly. Manage and control the information of customer.
- Support directly for the sale team to solve any issue related to sale and other department.
- Searching potential customer for selling car
- Negotiate to sign the contracts with customer
- Be the representative of Company; actively to create the connection with customer
- Analyze the market to achieve the highest volume of sale
- Do other jobs, follow the direction of B.O.M

- At least 2 years experienced at the same position
- Graduated up to College, University certification
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Good at English speaking and computer skills
- Good at independent working and group working

- Priority for person have experienced in the business of a company (B2B)
- Priority for person have experienced to sell rental car.
