Mô tả công việc
• Chủ trì hoặc tham gia soạn thảo Điều lệ, các nội quy và quy định chung của Công ty; tổ chức rà soát, hệ thống hóa các văn bản quy chế tổ chức hoạt động của các Khối, Phòng, Ban; các quy chế và hệ thống quy trình nghiệp vụ của Công ty; Xây dựng phương án xử lý kết quả rà soát trình Tổng Giám đốc;
• Chủ trì, phối hợp với các đơn vị trong Công ty tham gia ý kiến đối với dự thảo các văn bản pháp quy trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán do các cơ quan, tổ chức liên quan lấy ý kiến; Đưa ra các kiến nghị về mặt pháp lý đối với các vấn đề về tổ chức, hoạt động của Công ty;
• Làm thủ tục, hồ sơ xin cấp phép thành lập và hoạt động, khắc dấu cho Công ty; Tư vấn, hỗ trợ pháp lý cho các đơn vị trong Công ty giải quyết các tranh chấp với đối tác, khách hàng, các tranh chấp có liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty;
• Tập hợp, hệ thống, lưu giữ các văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động của Công ty; Phổ biến và tập huấn các văn bản pháp luật mới liên quan đến hoạt động của Công ty cho các cá nhân, đơn vị có liên quan;
• Thực hiện chế độ báo cáo và công bố thông tin của Công ty;
• Giám sát việc tuân thủ chấp hành các quy định Pháp luật, quy định nội bộ của KBSV tại các đơn vị, người hành nghề kinh doanh chứng khoán trên toàn hệ thống.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Giám đốc khối.
Yêu cầu
• Tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học chuyên ngành Luật;
• Có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các Công ty chứng khoán;
• Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư;
• Tinh thần làm việc và khả năng chịu áp lực cao;
• Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh trong công việc;
• Kỹ năng quản lý và hệ thống tốt;
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và xử lý công việc;
• Kỹ năng soạn thảo và trình bày văn bản tốt;
• Kỹ năng quản lý, lãnh đạo.
