Mô tả công việc
- Implement and maintain the company operating procedures, work instructions, follow the HACCP, GMP, SSOPs, 5S and rules of the company.
- Responsible for supervision, control all the issues affecting the quality, food hygiene and safety, personal hygiene in the factory.
- Checking packaging materials when received.
- Monitoring the concentration of sanitizing detergent following the SSOPs.
- Monitoring and reporting about pest activities.
- Prepare samples for external laboratory testing when required and conduct internal swab test as schedule and report test results to QAM.
- Calibrate measuring tools, instruments periodically and make calibration plan.
- Daily and monthly report about activities in the assigned job to QAM
- Investigate the causes, information about non-conformance (NC) products, customer complaints to have the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Support QAM in supervising the activities of QC.
- Conduct other jobs related functions as assigned/ requested from DQAM, QAM/ BOM according to company rules.
Yêu cầu
Working experience more 03 years in FOOD, CANNED TUNA , CANNED FISH MANUFACTURING
Food production control knowledge, Microbiological knowledge
Having good interpersonal, communication skills, and analyzing matter skill.
English: TOEIC 500 up or equivalen.
