Turnaround Mechanical Static Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities (Not limit to):
· Development and validation of the overall turnaround work scope in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability and TA management team.
· Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, inspection, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and executable plans.
· Planning/Expediting/organizing/problem solving TA preparation work including TA execution period
· Preparation, integration and maintenance of the Turnaround Master Schedule using MS office or MS project for the assigned TA package.
· Review and validate contractor schedules, resource estimates (manpower & equipment), and sequencing for effective schedule control.
· Facilitate structured scope review and alignment meetings to ensure completeness, risk identification, and prioritization.
· Coordinates with operating facilities and contractors as necessary to ensure turnaround schedule alignment, analyze schedule data, ensure turnaround shutdown, start-up procedures are effectively sequenced and resource loaded, and provide regular updates to TA management team scopes.
· Develop standardized processes, work packages, and best practices to improve planning quality and efficiency.
· Serve as the central coordination point among Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Capital Projects, Contractors, and Procurement.
