Responsibility
We go to the partner&039;s place and talk to them.
Sourcing is done by discussing with them whether or not they are a good fit for our company&039;s ideas, both technically and economically.
Project Development
Details are as follows,
From projects that are already under development to those that have not started yet
For example, if there are three candidates (A-C), we visit each company one by one and gather information through actual discussions.
Therefore, technical and financial knowledge is necessary.
• [Support] Negotiation with potential partners about the commercial and legal conditions.
• Preliminary renewable project evaluation with technical/financial/market perspective.
• Sourcing of partners (Building a business network, and finding local/international partners)
Business Analysis• Analysis of local regulation and law.
• Financial analysis of enterprises.
• Energy Market Analysis.
Project Development
• [Support] Preparation of needed documents and permission like Feasibility Study for authority's approval with potential partners and domestic third-party consultants.
• [Support] Management of project construction site.
• [Support] International financial arrangement.

Requirements
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age: 25-33
- English Skill:Fluent business English speaker for presentation/discussion/negotiation
- Gender: Any
- Having experience in engineering in the energy industry
- Breakthrough and perseverance.
- Logical thinking
Preferable Skill / Experience
-Having knowledge of
Financial Analyst-Having negotiation experience with central and local governments for infrastructure investments
-Having experience of PPA in sola
-Be able to speak Japanese
-Having experience of Finance knowledge in the energy industry
-Having experience of developing Pre-FS, FS, EIA(ESIA), etc. in actual projects
