Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
• Participation in conducting and completing bookkeeping and accounting services in accordance with relevant prevailing laws and regulations and internal policies of KPMG;
• Management of the team within a highly diverse and inclusive culture where all team members are equally respected;
• Maintenance of good collaboration across the firm's various service lines;
• Effective communication with Senior Management of KPMG and clients' representatives at each stage of conducting the bookkeeping and accounting services;
• Support Senior Management in preparing technical training materials; and other tasks assigned by the Senior Management.
• Management of the performance of each engagement and delivery of coaching to junior team members;
• Review of required reports for allocated engagements such as monthly bookkeeping, periodic statutory statistics, statutory financial statements, accounting health check memo, accounting review memo, IFRS and US GAAP adjustments and reconciliation, accounting software localization report, etc.;

Requirements
Your education and prior work experience should include:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Valid Vietnam Accounting Practicing Certificate or Auditing Practicing Certificate is a must;
• ACCA/CPA Australia qualification is preferred;
• At least ten-year (10) experience working in the accounting outsourcing field for professional accounting and/or audit
service firms;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent proficiency in English language and computer skills;
• Strong knowledge and application of International Financial Reporting Standards are required.
• Strong knowledge on implementation of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) localization is required; and
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to manage and coach team members;
