Mô tả công việc
To assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement an annual integrated communication plan including PR, advertising, digital marketing, copy writing and events in line with the department's objectives and brand's guideline.
Duties and responsibilities:
+ Integrated Marketing Communications:
- Supervise to produce POSM/other publication to ensure brand consistency
- Build deep understanding of market, customer /consumer behaviors (usage, attitude and purchase) and their drivers in order to generate and apply useful insights for content development.
- Propose and assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing communication/campaigns through understanding consumers/customers' insights.
- Support in implementing school's activities/projects related to branding such as: sponsorship, promotion, advertising, and other communications.
+ Creative and Content development
- In corporation with related team to define a clear proposition based on the Brand Equity and relevant Categories.
- Work with agency partners to develop creative for the brand or product/service. Write clear brief that give direction to agencies to develop creative; judge creative objectively and provide guidance to agencies to ensure delivery of objectives.
- Ensure the creative fits with selected channels and media vehicles in the media plan. Articulate what differentiated the brand from competitors in the market context.
- Develop content angles and write sorts of content for internal and external communication.
+ Advertising and Digital Marketing Activities
- Ability to work with agency partners to develop creative/ads/content for the brand or product/service which helps build Brand awareness, develop Website (SEO, content), Paid Search Media (GA, GDN and Social media/FB...)
- Identify and develop relevant KPIs for tracking and reporting campaigns' performance.
+ PR and Media relationship
- Able to handle a press meeting, prepare press kit and implement and evaluate/report PR campaigns.
- Build relationship with media and other related communication stakeholders.
+ Project & Relationship Management
- Manage marketing projects from proposal evaluation, executions and reports.
- Other projects/tasks as required by the head of department.
- Support in organizing school's events.
- Internal and external communications
Yêu cầu
*** Education:
- University Graduation (English, Communication or Journalism is preferred)
***Specialized knowledge:
- Having up-to-dated knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, public relation.
*** Skills:
- Creativeness, detail attentiveness, carefulness, team player, proactiveness and good planning/communication skills
- Committed to results, dedicated to work and have a long term intention.
- Standard computer skills (Microsoft office, Email)
- Good command in English & Vietnamese including reading, speaking and writing.
- Ability to shape and create ideas, write content and articles with focused messages.
- Ability to build good relationship with media.
