Mô tả công việc
* Job function: Talent Management/ Trainer (Soft skill, Leadership, Management)
* Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage in different L&D projects when necessary required by the TDD Manager.
Manage Talent Development programs & Leadership Training programs for Factories in Vietnam
Support the others training program design and material preparation
Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) & be the internal trainer of soft skill training programs for Middle management & Staff
Develop Soft skill & hard skill Training programs for employees
Be an internal trainer of some soft skill training programs for Middle management
Follow up post training activities, review & evaluate the program effectiveness and prepare analysis report
Review & evaluate development progress for all Talents by managing individual development plans, regular reviews and reports etc.
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
• University Bachelor or Master degree
• Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Communicate fluently in English (speaking & writing)
Experience:
• Proactive and have good influencing skill
• Good Training delivery and designing skills
• At least 3-year experience for same position (Training & Development, Talent Management, Freeland Trainer or HR)
• Proficiency in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A good team player, willing to support others with planning & organizing skill
• Equip with people development mind set
Working location: Base in Hai Duong factory (REG) and willing to travel to other factories in Ha Noi, Hai Phong.
