• Report to a Manager/ Partner
• Supervise of assignments for local and international clients in diverse industries
• Be responsible for working to deadlines and with in budgets on each job
• Be responsible for training, managing and reviewing audit assistants and internees
• Work towards the achievement of departmental goals and targets
• Involve infirm/ department development and marketing initiatives

• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work with varyingtypes of people
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
• Must be a teamplayer, yet highly self-driven
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
• Minimum of 2 years in a professional services/ corporate environment, working as an Audit Senior
• Excellent computer-literacy skills
• Bachelor/ Master degree in accounting & auditing or equivalent professional qualification (CPA Vietnam, ACCA, CPA Australia and ICAEW)
• Ability to provide guidance toothers
• High degree of attention to detail
