Building platform services that serves as fundamental building blocks for our system, not user-facing web services.
Debug and solve deep technical problems in our systems.

Must have
Experience working with SQL, NoSQL and NewSQL data stores
Backend service experience in multiple, managed languages such as Java, Scala, Golang, Rust or similar.
Has good background knowledge on data structure & algorithms, programming language and some common problems of distributed system and distributed database.
Experience designing and delivering highly available, scalable, reliable cloud-based system.
Experience building platform services and/or raising the bar of developer experience standard.
3+ years of professional software development experience
Nice to have
Follow the latest in software engineering and open source technologies, and can intuit the fine line between promising new practice and overhyped fad.
Has good knowledge on Defi & Crypto.
Has interest/experience working with either Blockchain or Data problems.
