- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: Leader/ Manager
Job Summary: Enforce the commercial leasing activities for the new and renovation projects of shopping malls ; proactively fill up all vacant areas and carry out Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals timely to ensure best profit for company.
Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/reports.
Analyze performance of current malls, survey competitors, update retail market trend to propose improvement plan for current malls and new ideas for future mall development.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Develop shopping mall business by implementing leasing activities smoothly as per team leader&039;s allocation. Ensure knowledge about retail market well-updated through surveys and analysis to support sub-team to fulfill leasing work as targets.
Train and follow up closely with staff to catch up workload smoothly and work effectively
Support timely for assigned tasks of related sections (planning, admin) and execute properly general work of leasing team to ensure the smooth operation of whole department.
Execute and manage staff for successful negotiation as scheduled to achieve best profit for company and establish relationship with tenants.
Proactively explore new tenant&039;s interest to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping malls
Yêu cầu
Have good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Bachelor degree.
Have 3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields. Leasing/ Sales, Real Estate or Business Development experience is preferred.
Be honest and careful.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Be hardworking and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
