Mô tả công việc
Seek for new partnerships (both Business and Individual) in the Insurance field. Developing retail distribution network.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results for Business Development Manager.
Keep up with current trends and competitors to identify improvements.
Keep up a professional network with associates to find new agent prospects and build a sustainable sales system
Work closely with partnership/insurance agents to onboard and provide best practices for effective implementation
Coordinate with the marketing/trade department to deploy sales campaigns on retail distribution network
Nurture and engage network agents, manage contracts processed through the system.
Yêu cầu
Be proficient in office computer
Excellent client service skills.
Have strong networking in insurance field
Have the ability to communicate coherently, good problem-solving skills, persuasive presentation skills and make a positive impression on customers.
Business development skill is a plus.
Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing network relationships.
Having +1 years experience in the same position.
