Mô tả công việc
Location: DAEWOO E&C VINA, Lot C1CC2(Star Lake Gallery), the Central Area of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing overall business development strategy, maintaining good understanding of market trends
Report on insight & implication of land law / new regulations / adjustments of government authorities related to investment, pricing & project profitability
- Identifying new investment opportunities by establishing strong relationships, partnerships and thorough feasibility studies, due diligence
Develop feasibility study report for investment opportunities
Gather required information to estimate the profitability of investment opportunities
Manage the project implementation & compile report to leaders to prepare for negotiation & partnership
Enhance policies, process, reports & provide consultation from business development point of view to business leaders
Prepare & review reports on key economic status/ outlook, industry trends & key factors, business growth opportunities to cross-department leadership
Deliver other task as assigned from superiors
Enhance the process of planning, decision-making, reporting related to business development areas
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and working experiences:
At least 5 years of broad, multi-disciplined experience in translation, investment, research & real-estate development - Business Development Team in construction or real-estate development company is HIGHLY preferable
Fluent in Korean
Fluent in English
Bachelor Degree in Korean / Urban Planning / Investment / Finance / Economics / Architecture or other related major
Personal skills and abilities
Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Translation Vietnamese into Korean
Good understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.
Good research & reporting skills, can deal with various topics
Korean document writing
Translate English documents into Korean documents
Translate Vietnamese documents into Korean documents
Good analytical and reporting skills
English document writing
