We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...)
We are looking for an Chief Engineer, who will do:
Update new technology; improve the technical systems as well as training staffs to catch up with new technical process
Build procedures and regulation on checking/observing Interior decoration
Read and contribute comments on technical documents, system before taking over and managing, operating them
Join T&C (testing and commissioning) of technical system with Construction Department and related contractors
Explore, survey, understand building /complex's technical system
Based on managing as-built drawing of each apartment to examine/approve design drawing of apartments
Make list of management of technical system of the building / complex
Manage and assign works to junior staffs, supervising technical staffs and related process
Ensure legality of technical system by inspection, environmental monitoring, certification of fire prevention and fighting etc
Carry out other assigned duties from superiors
Ensure technical system of building, complex are operated effectively and economically
Update and manage technical budget
Review and approve the design for interior decoration of resident in the project
Keep up on process and regulation on interior decoration
Make plans to coordinate with the Construction Departments for taking over management of technical system
Yêu cầu
Ability to read and understand English technical documents
Education: University of Technology, construction, engineering
Able to communicate in English
Experience: 3-5 years (Technical management, project management). Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Hotel
