Mô tả công việc
Location: Ho Chi Minh - Vung Tau - Da Nang
- Assess the main risks/Issues etc of the project and update, report daily, weekly on Company's 9PMP System
- Make Weekly Report, Monthly report
- To ensure that the works are carried out on site in accordance with the latest approved drawings and specifications at the time of execution.
- Control project management system (9PMP) operation and compliance of parties.
- Manage project program and Quantity Control
- Manage contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources.
- Lead Construction Management Team and organize team work.
- Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes
- Manage interfaces on site between contractors
- Risk management on Progress and Quality
- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on site
- Assign specific task to Team member.
- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Review and evaluate Variation Order.
Yêu cầu
*** Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in high rise Building, Hotels and Villas with high standard of finishes and in a Management Position with particular responsibility in Planning, Contract, Cost and Construction Management.
- Bachelor in Civil/Architect or relevant.
- Must have Supervision License (Chứng chỉ hành nghề giám sát hạng I)
- Communicate in English is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management.
- Proficient with Ms. Word, Excel, MS project.
