Content Marketing Leader
Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
Docosan is a healthcare delivery platform transforming the way that people in Vietnam access care. From offline appointments to telehealth to home test kits, Docosan's platform brings the best of Vietnam's health system to patients' fingertips. Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020 by two Harvard grad, we're venture backed by international investors. We&039;re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we transform healthcare for the better in Vietnam and beyond.
The Content Marketing Leader role supports the team to lead our marketing content and communication materials. In this role, you'll focus on planning, structuring, and writing content to establish our brand, and communicate the competitive advantages of our products and services in the market.

YOUR ROLE
• Plan, create, and edit content to target, reach, and nurture different customer segments. Content may include blog posts, videos, guides, member stories, marketing emails, etc.
• Manage a team of content juniors and freelancers
• Other tasks as assigned
• Test and optimize content and CTAs to drive engagement
• Partner with internal teams to effectively optimize and distribute content (through social media, organic search, paid placement, email campaigns, etc.)
• Report on content effectiveness, using metrics to refine content strategy and copy and partnering with the growth team in testing
• Analyze data and conduct market research (including keyword research) to identify trends and content opportunities
Yêu cầu
• Conversational English skills preferred
• Exceptional writing skills that allow you to be prolific, speedy, and consistent across channels and assets
• Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data
• Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio) is a plus
• Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong command of SEO principles and how to leverage keyword research for content ideation
• 3+ years of technology or agency production experience in a content-related role
