Mô tả công việc
• Support the due diligence process planning and activity tracking with functional team
• Perform financial and data analysis & create financial modeling as required for feasibility studies
• Maintain the group and each business line's financial models
• Responsible for executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and deals that leverage the value of TMG's busi- ness
• Conduct market research & prospecting on various business opportunities for TMG; present findings and recom- mendations to senior stakeholder leaders
• Creating forecast models and budgets to determine asset allocations and monitor the performance of the company
• Participating in shareholder meetings and Investor's events in order to communicate the company's strategy to shareholders
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
• Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
• Solid technical skills in valuation; proficiency in Excel modeling & PowerPoint
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Candidate must possess Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent degree
• 2 to 5 years of professional & related experiences (related internship experiences counted)
• Required language: English
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working hour: 08:30am - 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday
• Travelling within the country/region if required.
