Prepare the account reconciliation on Blackline Internal control system.
Yearly review and update Product Standard Costing
Support Sales team to provide selling price for ad hoc items.
Other tasks assign by direct supervisor.
Responsible for month end closing book including Capex capitalised, Inventory Control, Accrual Expenses and Fixed Error during the month end closing.
Update monthly pricing list base on cost card model and propose price change if any.
Hand on daily operation to evaluate existing process and recommend for improvement and action plan to control and support others department in delivering the company target.
Perform cost and financial related indicator analysis (Price Variance, Usage Variance, Efficiency Variance)
Support to prepare LMT, MBR package for monthly/quarterly meeting.
Update and checking product master database to ensure the daily operation smoothly.
Project Margin Analysis
Responsible for inventory management as the leader in stocktake control quarterly.
Involve in Steward ship preparation and Internal/External Audit process.
Prepare the monthly report including Customer Profitability Report, Production Report, Overhead Report.
