Engage with stakeholder regarding development programs, design standard, project milestones and design development.
Updates to design guidelines based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process.
Prepare, analyse and manage proposals, contracts, and table to management approval.
Build relationships with stakeholders to receive detailed briefing documents, reviewing designs and offer insights into best design outcomes, maximize development profit and cost impacts.
Ensure that all development projects deliver the highest quality outcome possible in terms of concept, master plan, building and interior designs and site supervision until vacant possession based on the industrial best practice, and enhancement of community lifestyles, in accordance with ParkCity's strategy and customer value proposition.
Manage a mid-size design teams, mentor junior to intermediate staff by assigning and monitoring completion of tasks.
Implement of the Master Plan for the development project and ensure that the process is consultative with vital perspectives on quality, cost and time secured from delivery functions.
Participate in the coordination and document preparation for authority approvals and project tendering and provide Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP") via review of project documentation.
Lead design management team by working closely with the project management, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), sales & marketing, any other business units, and conduct and managing external consultants, vendors, and contractors in order to responsible for evolving ParkCity's design guidelines and leading the delivery of project related commercially viable lay-out drawings aligned with ParkCity&039;s design guidelines, within timeframe and budget.
Keep abreast of contemporary market trends on property development, design and technology.
Yêu cầu
Adaptability to the challenges and intricacies of a family-owned entity overlaying professionally run-organisation;
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Ability to drive effective collaboration, problem solving and conflict resolution with internal and external parties;
A matured professional with a minimum of 15 years of architecture practice and Design Management experience in architecture firm or property development company
Good understanding of the appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks including environmental, Fire Services Act and strata titles; An excellent understanding of town planning policy and practice, especially as it relates to development projects.
Influencing skills will prove critical to success.
Strong knowledge and clear understanding in authority approval process and experience engagement with authority and government agencies.
Registered Vietnamese Architect is desired
Computer savvy with moderate or better skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project), AutoCAD, Revit or Sketch Up and Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
Organized, disciplined, self-driven and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage and performance;
Good understanding of property development lifecycle and foundational commercial concepts; Strong knowledge of market exercise and trend moving forward
Enjoy a complex project driven role;
Strong capability in handling multi-projects from inception to completion
Ability to relate, communicate, feedback, counsel and influence external stakeholders and internal operation units;
