Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE:
Acting as sub-business product owner for Profitability & Cost allocation project, being responsible to deliver quality of cost allocation & profitability analysis design and system implementation to meet business requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Being in charge of methodology design squad.
- Other related tasks
- Collaborate with vendors, business units & business finance to specify cost allocation requirements based on business needs, review, validate methodology and models of cost allocation to channels, products & customers suggested by vendor to ensure quality of outcomes and consistent among Business lines
- Work with vendors & TBC&039;s IT team to build URD/BRD
Participate in system implementation:
- Co-ordinate with IT team, Data team, BUs&039; teams and vendors during implementation and testing to ensure timeliness & quality of outcomes
- Work with vendors & TBC&039;s IT team to transfer detail design into requirements for system implemenation, ensure URD&039;s quality
Change management & after go-live operationalization:
- Plan & execute internal training for business users
- Plan & execute internal change management activities & after go-live operationalization
Yêu cầu
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Big4 auditing/consulting or as financial management roles in $100M+ organizations (cost management, FP&A...)
- Degree/Profession: University degree or higher, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics. Graduated from foreign universities (US/UK/SGP/Australia) or qualified as a CPA, ACCA, CIMA are more favourable.
- Can communicate new & complex ideas in simple & effective ways. Develop concise & comprehensive presentations to deliver to C-level
- English fluency ([protected info], writing): fluent communication, being able to deliver presentations, make reports & analysis in English. Eqv. TOEIC = 700 or having worked/studied in English speaking countries over 3 years +
- Being able to systematically summarize & criticize different options, situations to identify pros & cons, risks in order to define solutions & improvements
