Mô tả công việc
- Following closely bookings and bills to advise agents/shippers on showing payments and other freight conditions correctly.
- Supporting to contact shipping lines / FWD/freight brokers for freight requests and updating all offers regularly in the freight spreadsheet.
- Incorporating with carriers updates and market changes knowledge received in the pricing solutions being offered
- Requesting & checking debit notes to make sure cost is issued timely and accurately
- Cooperating closely with Traffic Team to understand demand and follow the shipment process to have an intervention accordingly.
- Ensuring that agents/ traders are always kept informed on the status of changing freight and market price.
- Supporting agents to check spaces/bookings/invoices and solve other related problems in the case.
- Consulting - providing traders/ agents with price, service, and helpful information to match clients&039; requests.
- Handling freight requests for all cross-trade (import & export and sometimes for air freight) is the same as resolving disputes and complaint cases from traders and agents.
Yêu cầu
- Experienced in working & dealing with shipping lines / FWDs / Brokers
- 3-5 years experience in shipping lines / FWDs especially in Sea Freight - Pricing structure
- Good communication skills and English command
- Understanding booking and documentation / cross-trade handling will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and independently
