 Understand business / client inquiries to provide operation solutions
 Understand needs on any changes and provide impact analysis & solutions
 Ability to absorb complex information, identify problems as they arise and understand when these need to be escalated
 Review day-to-day process and raise out anytime if there is any risk concern.
 Review existing workflow and propose any improvement idea or suggestion anytime.
 Perform system operating with VSD and document filing
 Assist in enhancing process effectiveness & mitigating risks
 Handle system testing, training and ensure testing quality meet requirements.
 Calculation, checking and applying FEL rebate.
 Stay flexible for team arrangement where needed, functional coverage, short term support across functions/products, ad-hoc assignments as requested by team leader/manager
 Communicate with internal units/departments initiatively for problem solving or daily processing.
 Detail oriented with strong risk awareness and able to perform operational responsibilities to a consistently high standard
 Handle daily BAU process of account opening / maintenance, review on KYC records, transaction process, unit NAV allocation, and report generation for client, fund account balance reconciliation.
 Ability to work and learn quickly in a highly pressurized environment
