Mô tả công việc
*** Velox Tech is seeking a General Accountant/ Chief Accountant to work in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa as a part of a growing and learning company as a team.
*** Accounting Tasks:
• Manage month end-closing, quarterly closing and annual closing on time with accuracy, review end of month accrual journals and prepayment journals and overhead cost allocation.
• Ensure all accounting/finance policies and procedure.
• Advise on the accounting and financial impacts of operational decisions.
• Responsible for preparation and filing of weekly, monthly, quarterly, reports.
• Responsible for financial inputs of company and all insurances issues.
• Responsible for the management and supervision of the Accounting Department.
• Ensure all reports are submitted to HQ on time.
• Directly report to BODs on accounting matters and ensure the proper function of the company.
• Declare Tax and pay in timely manner.
• Control payments and receipts strictly follow procedures.
• Responsible for other duties.
• Establish and implement the budget and financial system.
• To assist the Managing Director in the planning of the annual budget and implementation.
• Establish and implement the accounting procedures and system within the company according to Local Regulations and Rules.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate with other functions to review, monitor and drive business performance in financial aspects.
• Ensure no bad debt.
• Review all accounting documents to ensure the transactions accrued and booked correctly and timely on selling and marketing expenses.
Yêu cầu
• Proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial.
• Familiar with Office Software and Accounting Software.
• Experience in the same position General Accountant of Chief Accountant with strong and good communication skills for dealing with related external and internal parties.
• Can communicate in English.
• University degree or above majored in Accounting.
• Certificate of Chief Accountant (Preferred).
